Scores are saved only on your device. If the app was deleted and reinstalled, the saved data was removed with it and can't be restored.

Close the app fully and reopen it, and make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and its iOS or Android version.
